Should people who broke the law be killed or be life sentenced?

im talking about big violation against the law.. like more than one killing and is a danger to the community.. should they be killed? or be life sentenced? why or why not?
Answer:
This question is age old. We have all touched upon this subject at some time. We have to think of the the individual point of view. I find God intended on us to be forgiving, but i can't forgive if my family members are involved. I may not be able to forgive, but we aren't intended to act upon humans with the power of life-to take away. We are not put here to judge the fate of our fellow man. There crimes are unforgettable, and should be punished, but not in such a manner. Some may feel differently. My opinions are based religiously. Some others don't believe in God so would there as see the matter as "justice", but would we be any better for taking the life in payment of another. When will the cycle end?
Death in the manner they killed the victim
Some of each.
Democrats believe that all murderers, child killers, and child molesters can be "cured" by taking "Sensitivity Classes" and getting "Big Democrat Group Hugs".
If the killing was intentional then; Good Night Sweet Prince.... time for some sleepy bye bye....
for a murderer it should be death...a life for a life...
for lyk a child abuse or molestation i think they should get life and never see the day light again.... they should suffer for what they did...
I don't agree with death penalties. Its vengeance, not justice.

Also, it costs the tax-payer more to put a prisoner on death row for 10 years than it does keeping a life prisoner in jail for 50-60 years.

I think they should, instead, completely dehumanize the more demented, anti-social monsters. For example, they should deny them clothing, make them crawl about on all fours, and make them eat from troughs.
I think we have so many murderers on our hands now days because we spend too much tax money and time trying to figure out motives, etc. Punishment should be severe for the severe crime. Fear of the electrical chair may save someones life
Your Q has been debated alot over the years I believe in capital punishment. Trust me these people that kill maybe confined to a jail cell but they have better health care them 70% of us that have never broke the law. But most states feel the moral part of the death penalty is not just. I say take a vote and all that want to Gamble on these killers let them flip the bill not all of us out here want to pay there way it's not like they will every re-enter our society a freee person.
