She is not a private citizen. She went on her own authority, albeit against the wishes of the president. What she is doing is wrong and bad for America. Too bad they can't just keep her there. She is dangerous to the country.

Syria is helping kill members of the US military and allies in Iraq, that makes them the enemy. They obtained the WMDs that much to democrat's surprise was not left gift wrapped and waiting for us when we invaded Iraq (How rude!). They are responsible for antogonizing last summer's war on Isreal in Lebanon, and in arming and equipping the terrorists there in their daily bombings and rocket attacks on Isreal. They are the ENEMY of the USA, trying to force them into compliance without having to use military force is the goal, having a "fact finding" look into teh matter is one thing, thinking you can go in and tell them Isreal is ready to capitulate is only doing a Chamberlain at best, a Benedict Arnold at worst. Yes, I think Congress, in it's love of pointless investigations and non-binding resolutions, might better review the Logan Act, maybe even reword it so it only applies to republicans, like all the other rules on ethics.
