Animals are not people, and do not have the same rights as people. Humans, however, are animals. Just like every other animal, we eat. Since we are omnivores by nature, we eat both animals and plants.

If you think humans should be charged with murder for eating animals, do you think that animals should be charged with murder for eating other animals?

And plants are living things too- should we allow animals to kill and eat them?

Then should animals who are guilty of murder be put to death?

And if so, can we eat them then? They are dead anyway, so why waste the meat?

Actually i find that question kinda of funny i never though about that before. I'm not a meat lover, but i do eat meet once in a while. I don't kill the animal though i just eat it, so i don't think i should go to jail for murder maybe for being an accomplice, but not even becuase if you really think about it all i'm really doing is buring the poor little thing....lol....

Murder is only applicable when a human kills another human.

There are other laws concerning animal cruelty, but killing animals in order to eat them does not fall under this (usually).

Besides, we have canine teeth for eating meat, so why should anyone deny us?
