I say he should be PROSECUTED along with the false accuser that brought the false accusations. He should be tried, found guilty and be made to serve the accumulated sentances that the Duke La crosse players would have had to serve if found guilty.

How do you know the accusations were false? So by your reasoning we should sue the LAPD and the Orange County Prosecutors for Prosecuting OJ Simpson and Michael Jackson?...jsut because a case is dissmissed doesn't mean the suspects were innocent....did you know that less than 33% of rapists are ever caught...it is a hard case to prove.

looks like Dr Luv has not done his homework. The point of the case being dropped was not that they could not prove them guilty... they could prove that the rape NEVER HAPPENED TO START WITH.
Research how many cases are being brought to light because DNA proved the person did not, and COULD not have been guilty. Then, understand... the cases that are being thrown out, depend on DNA evidence. People in this country have no CLUE as to how many other cases there are where dna is not available to prove their guilt or innocence.
Not until it happens to them, will they understand.
Prosecutors need to get this clear... their function is not to just "win" at any cost, it is to insure there is justice, including for the so-called "defendant", who in too many cases, has been sent to prison on false convictions.
